Chris Blyth, Sydney town planner, has close to 30 years experience dealing with town planning, development and local government matters and has expertise in a wide range and scale of subdivision, residential, commercial, industrial proposals.
After an 11 year career in Local Government including periods at Ryde Council, Sutherland Council, Ashfield Council and North Sydney Council, Chris Blyth has for the past 19 years been working as a Town Planning Consultant assisting clients from the public and private sectors deal with town planning, zoning and development and development application matters and both Local Government and State Government level.
Chris is well known as a director of the now disbanded The Turnbull Group and as a current director of Boston Blyth Fleming Pty Limited.
As a director of Plansight Pty Limited, Chris also provides Town Planning consultancy services and in association with colleagues from the planning, surveying, engineering, architecture, landscape architecture and other property based professions can provide packaged services and solutions for a wide range of development land use planning projects.
Chris is a corporate member of the Planning Institute of Australia and has embraced the PIA initiatives, becoming a Certified Practising Planner committed to Continuing Professional Development.
